Made from 0H18N9 high-quality acid-resistant steel sheet 1.5mm thick, resistant to all conditions in the exhaust system. Laser cut in CNC.
The purpose of the EGR valve is to stop the exhaust from entering the intake manifold. After installation, the signals indicating damage to the EGR valve disappear.
After blocking off the EGR power and engine response return and prevents future failures and carbon deposits in the intake system.
APPLICATION LIST:
FORD with 2.0 TDCi and 2.0 TDDi engines (EGR mounted in the rear of the engine next to the turbocharger):
– Transit (engine: ZSD-420)
– Mondeo III (engine: ZSD-420)
COMMENTS:
It does not fit models in which EGR is mounted on the front of the engine (despite the same designation ZSD-420).
