High quality EGR valve adapter / replacement.
The replacement is made with the help of the WATERJET cutting machine from high-quality 0H18N9 10mm thick acid-resistant steel sheet and 54x2mm stainless steel pipes resistant to all conditions in the exhaust system.
When you notice that the car has lost its former power, jerks when accelerating and smokes, then most likely the EGR valve is the culprit. The cause of mechanical EGR failure is the build-up of carbon deposits inside the valve, which increases its resistance during operation. It does not respond quickly enough. Carbon deposits also accumulate at the valve face.
The purpose of the EGR block off plate is to stop the exhaust from entering the intake manifold. As a result, the abovementioned signals of EGR valve damage often disappear, and the car returns to the parameters before the failure.
The use of the WATERJET cutting machine in the cutting process ensures low processing temperature, which does not change the properties of the materials being cut. Parts made with the help of CNC laser cutters lose the properties of the material from which they are made, by increasing the temperature on the cutting surface.
